Using the Bubble Plot Time Control tool
Use the Bubble Plot Time Control tool of the CoView to control for which time steps of your production data the bubble plots are displayed. You can also use the tool to create an animation of your production data through time. You do this with the animation toolbar, which allows you to step through the time steps manually or automatically. There are options to adjust the settings of the animation, such as the speed and time interval. You can access the tool in the Content tab of the CoView Manager via the context menu of the wellbores.
You can use the Bubble Plot Time Control tool:
- In the CoView. The tool is not available in other views.
- For bubble plots based only on production data. You need first to create bubble plots for your production data, using the Bubble Plot tool, in order to use the Bubble Plot Time Control tool.
- Per CoView. This means that the tool controls only the time steps for bubble plots that are available in your active CoView.
To use the Bubble Plot Time Control tool
- Open a CoView via Workspace > Views or by pressing Alt+F11 on your keyboard. The CoView Manager opens automatically.
- In the JewelExplorer, check the box of a group of wellbores to populate the Content tab of the CoView Manager.
- In the Content tab, right-mouse click on the top level of the wellbores to open the context menu and select the Bubble Plot Time Control tool.
- Under Time Steps, you can select a specific time step from the drop-down list. The list shows the time steps of the production data used as input for the bubble plots that are available in the active CoView. The data of the selected time step is displayed on the bubble plots. If there is no available data for the selected time step, then the most recent available data is displayed.
- Use the tools in the toolbar to go through the different time steps:
- Under Animation, you can adjust the settings related to the time steps and speed of your animation.
StepsSnap to dates Plays the time step animation at the available dates.One step per Plays the time step animation based on the specified length of time. Select the time unit (days, months, etc.) from the drop-down list and set the number of time unit with the up/down arrows.
- After adjusting the animation settings, return to the top of the form and use the tools in the animation toolbar to play the time step animation with the new settings.
- To close the tool, click on the close icon at the top right of the form.

Go to Start Return to the beginning of the animation. |

Step Back / Fast Rewind Move the animation backwards one step at a time. |

Repeat Replay the animation from the start. |

If you want to change the settings of the animation, continue with step 6. Otherwise move to the final step, step 8.
